Design Process

Our design team carefully consider all aspects captured at the design meeting and create the design and the solution based on the required functionality and compile the design around the most appropriate products and manufacturers. As an independent solutions provided ESS maintain an open mind when it comes to systems design and have no affiliations to any manufacture, this helps to ensure we focus on the solutions which is suitable for you and isn’t driven by historic relationship.

Although we ensure to keep up with the advancement in technologies, all equipment and software propose has been thoroughly tested in-house and isn’t implemented on a installation until it’s proven in-house.

Presentation & Proposal

Our aim is for transparency, with this in mind we present a proposal document which is easy to understand, outline’s the solutions proposed and provides a clear understanding of the project, the associated costs, the inclusion and exclusions of the proposed system’s, this is to ensure that you have a understanding of what’s involved and that we’ve tailed the proposal to your needs, capturing all your requirements.

Installation & Handover

We understand that any works being carried out can cause stress, weather this be a new installation or a takeover so we aim to make the installation process stress free. We’ll allocate you a dedicated Project Manager, this provides a direct line of communication between the on-site engineering team and the internal design team to ensure the system is delivered to our high standards, the Project Manager will liaise with you during every step of the project, and will compile all the relevant documentation in preparation for the handover at the end of the project.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Our maintenance & aftercare packages are key to a robust system, we do everything possible to give our customers the very best possible support. We offer remote support on the majority of our systems meaning we can remotely access the system to assess, amend or reset a system without causing inconvenience to the client. We offer an 24 / 7 technical team which allows our clients to speak to an highly trained member of the team in the event of the issue.
